Integrasi Ekoteologi Dan Green Education Dalam Manajemen Islamic Green School

Krisis ekologi global menuntut transformasi institusi pendidikan Islam dari sekadar pusat literasi keagamaan menjadi pelopor pelestarian lingkungan berbasis ekoteologi. Namun, sering kali terdapat pemisahan antara nilai teologis dan praktik manajemen operasional di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konvergensi antara ekoteologi dan green education dalam kerangka manajemen Islamic Green School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis konten terhadap model manajemen eco-pesantren dan sekolah Islam hijau di Indonesia. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ekoteologi berbasis Tauhid Ekologis mampu mentransformasi manajemen sekolah dalam tiga level: (1) Level filosofis, melalui internalisasi nilai khalifah fi al-ardh; (2) Level manajerial, melalui audit hijau dan habituasi kesalehan ekologis; dan (3) Level kurikulum, melalui pengembangan green skills dan kompetensi 4S (Self, Social, Spiritual, dan Sustainability-awareness). Konvergensi ini menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif bagi institusi dalam bentuk Global Branding yang selaras dengan agenda Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Integrasi ekoteologi dan green education bukan sekadar penambahan materi lingkungan, melainkan rekonseptualisasi manajemen Islam yang memadukan kesalehan ritual dengan tanggung jawab ekologis.
